Course outline:
This is a broad-based, in-depth class that covers a multitude of tasks within the industry, including, but not limited to; Properties & Characteristics, Liquid Transfer, Service & Installation, LP Gas Laws & Regulations, ASME & DOT Cylinders, and Safety. The training incorporates NFPA 58, 54, 1192 (Recreational Vehicles), and NFPA 110 (generators). It is mainly designed for propane system installers, contractors, retail gas appliance dealers, and service technicians. It does not allow for the sale of LP Gas.

This training will allow the operator to install, service, modify, alter, or repair apparatus, piping, tubing, appliances, venting, equipment, and LP Gas storage tanks. The activities include selling or leasing of propane equipment.
